Keeping Colorado youth healthy in mind and body is essential now more than ever. At Gold Crown Foundation’s Healthy Kids Expo on Saturday, September 10, youth will learn different ways to stay active, try out new sports, practice mindfulness activities, and why it’s easier than you think to live a healthy lifestyle.
Gold Crown Foundation’s Healthy Kids Expo includes interactive stations with US Olympians, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids, Next Level Sports Performance, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Children’s Hospital Athletic Trainers, Apprentice of Peace and more! You can also get a free haircut with Sport Clips, play with some puppies for a mental health break, and learn why YOU matter. Grab a punch card at check-in and see how many activities you can complete and win prizes if you check off ten stations.
Youth can engage further at the Gold Crown Foundation’s Healthy Kids Expo through key events such as Speed Camp, Dance Camp and Sports Skills Clinics. Plus, don’t miss the chance to build character and resiliency with former Olympic and Paralympic athletes with the “Becoming Your Personal Best” workshop.

- Hunter Kemper, Triathlon, 4-Time Olympian (2000, 2004, 2008, 2012)

The workshop also includes a photograph and autograph opportunity. Space is limited for the key events and prior registration is required. Attend the expo before or after your clinic!
Last but not least, sign up for photos, autographs, and meet and greets with the Denver Broncos Super Bowl trophies and alumni, Zeke Nnaji of the Denver Nuggets, Brett Craig and Jordan Gilles of the Colorado Mammoth, professional team mascots, local sports personalities, and more.
Giveaways and prizes will be awarded to participants, and food trucks (including Kona Ice) will be set-up in the parking lot. Doors are open from 10 am – 3 pm, but come when it works for your schedule!
